Restoring a large old park is a never ending process.

Erik and Susanne Vind regard this as their life project and expect throughout the next many years to work partly with the restoration, partly the re-establishment of Sanderumgaard’s Romantic Gardens.

Susanne and Erik Vind constantly work with applying for funds to the many projects they have on their wish list.

The projects at the top of their list:

• Establishing a fruit garden by the Sommerlyst (Summer’s delight) pavilion with the old varieties of fruits that Johan Bülow grew here.
• Establishing a natural playground.
• Establishing a “Futuristic pavilion” in the large clearing in the woods.
